Per the Tipp City Area Arts Council inc. bylaws:

The Board of Trustees is that group of persons vested with the management of the business and affairs of the Corporation.

Trustees serve for three (3) calendar years with the option to renew at the end of their term. The Board's calendar year runs from January through December.​

TCAAC Board Meetings

The TCAAC Board meets nine months of the year, on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm, at the Tipp Center, located at 855 N 3rd Street, Tipp City, Ohio.

TCAAC Board meetings are open to the public and you are welcome to attend.
