Per the Tipp City Area Arts Council inc. bylaws:
The Board of Trustees is that group of persons vested with the management of the business and affairs of the Corporation.
Trustees serve for three (3) calendar years with the option to renew at the end of their term. The Board's calendar year runs from January through December.

The TCAAC Board of Trustees convened in January 2025, and swore in new and returning trustees. We welcome all new and returning Board members and trustees.
