Anita Heras began making custom jewelry in 2002. Anita specializes in wire-wrapping—incorporating fused-glass and natural stones to create her beautiful pendents, earrings, bracelets and rings. She also designs and creates unique gift items including business card holders and fused glass dishes. Anita’s designs can be found in specialty shops in Dayton, Ohio and in Sarasota and Clearwater Beach, Florida. She can also be found at many local artisan events. In a national competition sponsored by a major glass manufacturer, Anita was awarded first-place for her fused-glass jewelry. She placed second at the Riverbed Arts Center in Dayton, Ohio for wire-wrapping, glass-fusing and lampwork beading.
