Sue Shira's career focused on adult education, but her creative interests landed on stained glass art. She specifically enjoys creating mosaics, both foiled and leaded. Sue received the 2nd Place Amatuer 3D Award at the TCAAC a fine art exhibit in 2024.
Upon retirement, Sue began teaching foiled and leaded art to beginners. She is currently holding classes at the Rosewood Arts Center in Kettering, Ohio, with plans to begin classes in Tipp City in the near future.
