Lucy Chapman began her fiber art journey in 2001. Her background is in environmental education, and her art reflects that, with much inspiration coming from the natural world.
Lucy's work spans many genres in the fiber world, including knitting, weaving, sculpture, and art pieces, with a particular interest in felting. She believes that felting is truly a tactile experience, both in the making and the enjoying. Each piece is lovely to look at, but it isn’t until you feel and touch it, that you fully understand its beauty.
