Henry (Hal) Hunter
Hal Hunter is a local artist who works primarily in watercolor and ink, as well as completing portraits utilizing colored pencils. Hal describes his style as "realism" and works exclusively from his own photos of landscapes, waterscapes and flower. Hal has no formal art training but has developed his own style with the support and encouragement of another local artist, Rusty Hardin.
Hal has won multiple awards in the mixed-media category at the TCAAC's a fine art exhibit and at the Darke County Fair Fine Arts Show.
