Franny Hoover began painting 4 years ago and has never looked back. After participating in a watercolor workshop with Rusty Harden—she was hooked. Since that time, Franny has taken classes and studied online—and has now branched out and designs note cards and sells them at shops in the Dayton and surrounding area.
In addition to painting, which she loves, Franny tutors adults in English as a second language and volunteers for the Jewish Federation of Dayton, visiting senior citizens.
Franny received a 3rd place amateur watercolor award at the TCAAC "a fine art exhibit" in 2023. Below are just a few examples of Franny's work. Use the contact information below for more information.
